Asian Indian "Madu"

Asian Indian "Madu"

This is a thrusting and parrying weapon commonly associated Asian Indian Hindu priests and such.
The points are horns - fastened together behind a small-shield - with the tips on opposing ends. Without the small-shield, this would simply be called a set of "Fakir's Horns." The small-shield on the Madu is usually less than 12" in diameter and may be either of leather covering with a wooden frame or of iron construction entirely.
