Austrian Model 1895 Mannlicher Knife Bayonet

Austrian Model 1888/93 Knife Bayonet ? (below)

This is a knife bayonet used from the period 1895 into WWII and was designed to fit the Austrian Model 1895 Mannlicher Infantry Rifle. There are a number of bayonet sub-models including types with a hooked lower quillon; with a "front" sight for the carbine variant; non-functional dress types; etc., etc.
The most distinct feature about this model is that the blade appears to be upside-down (cutting edge on top).
All models have wood grips (with attaching variations), steel pommel, crossguard, and blade.
The scabbard is of blued sheet-rolled-steel (not shown).

Examples made in Austria are indicated by the stamping OEWG for Osterreichische Waffenfabrik Gesellschaft (roughly translating to Austrian Arms Factory); this can be found on the blade ricasso and perhaps on the scabbard frog stud.
