This is an Indian Katar Dagger, the push-dagger of the Indian sub-continent. These were used to punch through light armor using the force of the arm and upper body; also to be used at 90 degree angles gripping the parallel bars with both hands.
Overall length is ~16-7/8"; blade length is ~9-3/4"; hilt is ~2-7/8" wide.
Good overall condition.
