Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co. Bowie Knife with Scabbard

Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co. Bowie-style belt knife with scabbard, manufactured in England from about 1892 to about 1950 (I believe this one is may be late 1890s).
Stag-like or "picked-bone" grips, simple oval cross-guard, appears to be brass but perhaps heavily tarnished nickel-silver.
Overall length is ~10-1/4"; blade length is ~6-1/8" including ~2-1/2" inch clipped-point or false-edge. Blade is stamped on ricasso, "HIBBARD / SPENCER / BARTLETT / & Co / ENGLAND". Blade panel is etched, "Our Very Best" in a framed exaggerated oval overlaid upon, "O V B".
Complete with scabbard although the scabbard is very worn; stitching is missing in various locations and a "slice hole" is apparent where the knife point has been forced through the leather body, back side.
Good to very-good condition overall.
