Persian Mauser Model 98/29 Rifle, believed BRNO Czechoslovakian manufacture. Iranian/Persian or Pahlavi crown, lion and sun crest is stamped into the breech feeding ring, forward of the bolt; various Iranian/Persian markings. Internal staggered box magazine, 5 rounds, 7.92 x 57 mm Mauser caliber. This model is based on the Czech VZ24 Rifle.
Very good condition overall; all metal components are Parkerized. Appears to be all matching serial numbers.
Used gun; not sold as a shooter; no warranty implied or given. Curio & Relic or FFl ransfer. Please have any gun you intend to shoot - in any fashion - checked by a competent gunsmith.
