Mexican Belt Dagger with Scabbard, early-mid 1900s

Very unusual small belt dagger, with scabbard, from Mexico. Aluminum hilt furniture with horn grips. Overall length is ~6-3/4"; double-edged blade length is ~4-1/8". Blade is stamped on one side, "MADE IN MEXICO" (this indicates post-1892 manufacture). Scabbard is leather and embossed with the Mexican eagle over "MEXICO". Some stitching is missing on a join of ~1-1/2".
Good to very good condition overall.
