Smith & Wesson Single Action 2nd Model Revolver, Antique

Used Smith & Wesson Single Action 2nd Model Revolver, manufactured circa 1877-1891. Caliber is .38 S&W, 5-shot fluted cylinder; spur trigger. Barrel length ~3-1/4". Black hard rubber grips (about disintegrated). Replacement non-original screw in frame cover left-side. Action needs work and hammer falls all by itself. Fixed front and rear sights, loading is achieved by top-break. Fair condition with light scattered pitting overall; some evidence of nickel finish.
Sold as-is, no warranty implied or given. Not sold as a shooter. Please have any gun you plan to shoot thoroughly checked by a competent gunsmith prior to firing. A great collector's item.
