Japanese Army Officer's Parade Saber, with Scabbard, 27-7/8" Blade, Broken Knuckle-bow

Japanese Army Officer's Parade Saber, circa WWI/WWII.
This model is very European in design and suggests a large degree of European influence in the Japanese military beginning in the late 1800s to World War II.
Brass hilt with black grip; hilt knuckle-bow is fractured (see images). Nickel plated blade (~80% nickel-plate remaining).
Overall length in scabbard is ~35-3/8"; overall length out of scabbard is ~33-7/8"; blade length is ~27-7/8"; blade is good and un-sharpened; 80%+ nickel plate remaining.
Scabbard has less than 40%+/- nickel plate remaining. Several minor dents in scabbard; screw is missing from throat (see images).
Overall condition is about fair with the exception being the knuckle bow of the guard is fractured (see images); this could be repaired easily.
