This is a Brazilian 1908 contract bayonet with scabbard manufactured by Alexander Coppel of Solingen Germany; these fit the Brazilian 1908 contract German Mauser Military Rifle.
Overall length in scabbard is ~17-3/4"; overall length out of scabbard is ~17"; blade length is ~11-3/4". Blade is unsharpened.
Wood grips; steel pommel and crossguard with hooked quillon; serial #3052 on right side of guard.
The scabbard is of black leather body with sheet-rolled-brass throat and drag (with ball finial).
Good to very good condition overall.
