This is the post-1942 survival knife/machete included with the pilot's "bail-out" kit. This one is made by Camillus.

Grips are of black plastic. These knives came originally with a sheet-steel edge cover (missing on this example). Examples made by Imperial came with a pistol-holster-style sheath.
