Rare dagger from Northern India, "usually of flamboyant styles and damascus blades" (ref. Indian and Oriental Arms and Armour, Lord Egerton of Tatton). All iron hilt and blade. Most likely 16th or 17th century.
This example - overall length is ~13"; blade length is ~9-1/4".
