Colt Model 1851 Navy Percussion Revolver

The Colt 1851 Navy Revolver was .36 caliber black powder, cap and ball, with octagonal barrel. They were manufactured from 1850 to 1873 and saw extensive service in the American Civil War. Over 215,000 of these were produced.
